The secret of happiness

Yesterday, a friend talked to me about happiness and relaxation. He asked me what was the most relaxing moment daily. I told him that sleeping was the most relaxing time daily. He smiled and told me the following:
The most relaxing moment actually is when I pass motion in the toilet.
I agreed after some deep thought.
As you know we feel relieved after answering the natural call [ pass motion ]. We will react to this honest signal and act immediately without further delay. Can we control it?
We know how to let go, am I right? It shows that we want to let go. Sometimes we find it quite hard to let go because of drinking insufficient water. How we feel when we find difficulty for that sometimes?
Our body will not let go everything, it absorbs good things, so that our body can function properly.
We can learn few things from these.
Let go all bad hahits, selfishness, laziness , worries and others. We will feel relieved for that.
Keep good habits, good deeds, helpfulness,honesty and others.
This is my little thoughts for today. What is your thinking about that?

You are valuable asset to the society

You need to have positive thinking about your job. Please remember that whatever honest job you doing is a direct contribution to the society. To exploit your hidden potential , you need to constantly upgrade yourelf. I wish all of your successful in whatever fields you are in.

Simple wish makes him happy

Today is the last day of Lunar new year's celebration, my boss gives me a red package. As you know, this is the tradition of elderly people giving read package( Hong Hao ) to younger one. The purpose is simply a good blessing for the whole year.
While he is giving the red package to me, I wish him good health. He is so happy and says:" Thanks you very much, I really appreciate for your blessing, good health is very important."
I can feel that he is so joyful in hearing my simple wish. My boss was actually recovered from the sickness and realized the importance of good health. Since then, he started jogging to keep him fit.
After the blessing, he extend his hand to me, I shake his hand tightly to show my sincere wish.
I wish all of you stay healthy, so that you can fulfill your dreams.

I am an active reader

Recently, i like to visit and read other bloggers' articles. Through reading their blogs, i understand their thinking, idea better.
I also do my best to contribute my little thought on their comment column, because i believe more interaction can be established through few words or idea.
For example, Hye from Spaceofreality invited me to be her active reader and i felt great to be invited.
I start reading her blogs and feel really joyful. I will continue to read other bloggers' blogs as well and comment on their blogs whenever i free.

Good education is the key of your future success

Yesterday, i went to watch Stephen Chow's new movie CJ7. In the movie, Stephen Chow acts as a construction worker who never received education. He sent his only son to the famous school hopeing that his son has a bright future.
It is really important to give our children good education so that they have the solid foundation to cope with the competitive world.
As a parent, it is our responsibility to remind and guide our children properly because this is their golden time for learning, their absorbing power are very strong.
In the movie, a male teacher shows very bad example looking down the student, Stephen Chow's son who are dirty and poor. As a teacher, we should show a very good example by showing care, to instill a good value. Teachers and parents must interact with each others well, together we can ensure our children been really taken care.
The movie is the comedy show with some really touching scene.
This is my little thought about education. It is good to learn something more, like how to be a good teacher and parent.

My friend Richard happened to see my blog site and asked me:

I believe he is new to this because he does not even know what is blog?
I started blogging on this site since 14th oct 2007.

Nowadays, human being facing more stress than before. Many people seek solutions to reduce stress level.
Meditation is one of the best way to reduce stress. You can learn meditation through courses.
Our stress can even affect our health badly. Meditation make our mind calmer and more focused.We can find some inner peace through meditation.
Meditation can also help us to understand our own mind better. We will become positive, peaceful and happy.

Movie 2008 Stephen chow' s CJ7

Hong Kong Superstar Steven Chow finally make his fans happy, because of his new film CJ7 is going to be shown on theatre.
His fans waiting for his new film almost four years after the last film-Kung Fu Hustle (year 2004)
Some fans saw this movie and enjoyed it. For me, i like to watch his movies simply because Stephen Chow has a great sense of humour!
The movie is basically about a young boy and his father, who are poor but uphold good morals and ethics (we may be poor, but we don't steal, fight etc.). The father is a construction worker and doesn't want his kid to wind up like him, so the boy attends a very expensive high class school, but to compensate they live in a falling apart building and his father gets all his clothes etc. from the garbage dump.
One day the father finds something there that he gives to his son, this (CJ7) changes their lives, for the better.
There are some scenes that nearly made people cry also , like the teacher won't let the poor boy near him because he thinks he's so dirty! And the boy's a great little actor .
Fortunately, i am going to watch this film on 07-02-2008. I hope you'll get a chance to watch it also.

What is the stock knowledge?

I gave the answer as follows:
Stock also call share , there is so many stock market in the world. You can buy and sell share through broker, you need an account for broker to transact and this account is associated with stock exchange. You need to study the stocks carefully, how the market and each sector trend.
World events can affect the share price ,what is bluechip?
Basically socall buy low,sell high and you need to cut lost when necessary.
You can read report from share analyst as well, you can buy contra also but it is risky because you have to sell it within few days frame unless you have sufficient money to buy it.
There is long term investment or short term investment. You need to extra caution when buying share, some people lost his entire hard-earn money overnight.
Some people study the curve method to determine the next move of the share. Beside that you can read stock magazine or Stock related book to increase your stock knowledge.

More interaction and no isolation

Today, i pass by community centre/club, i see so many posters showing many courses / classes available there. I see so many young and old practising taiji in the basketball court.
This is good to participate all these activities. You can learn dancing, cooking, meditation, language course, etc. according to your interest.
This is one of the places that you can learn some skill or build up your interest.
Through these type of healthy activities, you can make more friends, you have more interaction with all walk of lives, you are free from isolation.
So, if you never participate this type of activities, then you should consider join one or more activities during your free time, you will feel great.

Think twice before sending your parents to old folk home

When we pass by parks, shopping centres, isolated places, we can see some lonely, homeless old men especially at night. Most of them do not have family, poorly dressed and have no food to eat unless kind-hearted people offer them food.
Welfare department will help locate them to old folk home, at least they have proper place to sleep, eat. They have no better choice other than staying in old folk home.
But some people send their parents to old folk home for certain reasons, or need some one to take care of their parents.
Think twice before you sending your parents to old folk home. Do your parents really like to stay in old folk home? Some parents shy to say about their real feeling.
As you know, our parents put in so much efforts to grow us up, give us education, love and many more. Now, they are old and have limited time left. What they really need in flat are your sincere love and care. If you send them to old folk home, most likely your son or daughter will send your there as well when you are old.
If you really no choice but to send your parents there, please visit them often to show your sincere love and care.

If you can speak a language, you can always speak another

Now, more and more people learn more than one language beside mother tongue. People learn the second language because of interest or communicate with foreigner, etc.
If you want to do business in China, it is a plus factor if you know chinese lauguage likes mandarin. Likewise, knowing Japanese will help grow your business in Japan.
It is very common now that private language schools offer more than two lauguage courses. On line lauguage courses also booming to cater the demand.
So, if you can speak a lauguage, you can always speak another.

Since blogging, i never tell my friends that blogging is one of my hobbies.
Today, i read a marketing book, suddenly i am thinking of " marketing ".
I am going to try new thing, why not i tell them that i have a blog site. This must be a good idea, let me try it out.
This is the first step to explore the unknown and learning something about marketing.

Words of wisdom change his life

There were many stories that some one totally changed his life because of reading or hearing words of wisdom.
Many years ago in the prison cell, there was an ex-prisoner who asked for a toilet paper due to answering the natural. Because of no toilet paper available, the other prisoner gave him a piece of paper instead of toilet paper .
That ex-prisoner discovered that this piece of paper actually was one of the page of Bible. He read it and found some words of wisdom. Suddenly, he realized that he had wasted time in doing meaningless things in the past. He decided to do something good for the society in the future.
After he was released from the prison, he turned to a new leaf and his life totally changed for the better.
He started to help , encourage the other ex-prisoners to have the healthy life style and not to be addicted on drugs again.
From this real example, it is true that words of wisdom can help change human life for the better.
