Goal setting--to promote service excellence awareness

Recently, I set up a web site, my goal is simply just want to promote service excellence awareness. Nowadays, more and more companies set up R&D section to continuously improve the quality of their products and meet the ISO standard.
For people who work in service industries, like hotel, shop, hawker centre, it is equally important that they can provide best service to the customers.
