I had just completed and passed the examination-customer service excellence.
The course trainer Mr. Dennis was able to get all of us participated. At the beginning of the course, we needed to introduce ourselves individually to build up the rapport.
We were all enthusiastic in learning, ask many questions during the course. The trainer was very observant and let those weak one to have more role play.
Mr. Dennis gave many examples and scenarios so as to make us fully understand the different concepts.
I also actively participated in discussions and role play. I learnt a lot through all these.
Reaching home, I studied the notes before going to bed. I really concentrated because I wanted to pass the examination.
The oral examination was held on the third day, the examiner Mr. Rosli was very friendly.
He said:" --I know you have already studied and all the answers are already inside your brain. I am very comfortable with you, I hope you also comfortable with me--"
Hearing this, I felt really good and could acting well in the oral examination.
Finally, I passed the examination. I will be awarded the certificate soon.

How I prepared for examination? Pretty simple, I read notes mostly points. I didn't try to remember the whole sentence which I couldn't afford to do so =)
I tried to do it earlier, but accidentally it'd be last minute anyhow. Lol.

hmm, as for me, i date my books daily without fail.
calculus, physics, & chemistry.
a last minute preparation is a no no unless you're a certified > normal IQ :)

prepare.. i think i really not the one that should answer how to prepare because i never do it.. what i do for example for spm.. i just do a homework that given, listen in class.. and that it.. to read before class and after class that is not my style.. maybe that why i not get all a. but i really satisfy with my result.. :D even now in university o still on that minded..

duh..thts already a lot of 'work' for me..dunno if i can still sit for anymore examinations ;-)

Very interesting post. I am glad you passed your exam. In the past when I had to take exams I would put myself in a room all alone - no noise - and study way into the night. I wrote down everything that was important so that I wouldn't forget anything.

You have your own effective way for prepareing examination.
Like S.P.M, You just did a homework that given, listened in class.. and thats it.. to read before class and after class that is not your style.
Although you never obtained A grade but you really satisfied with the result. Even now in university you still using this way.
As long as you feel comfortable, then just adopt it.
