I am coolingstar9, I am unable to visit other blogger site in the next three days. The reason is that I have to attend the short course--customer service excellence.
I have to concentrate on that, I wish I can learn as much as possible from the course. I have to revise it at night because I want to pass the test.
During the lesson, I will ask the lecturer whenever I have doubts.
Concentration is the key to absorb more.
Do you ever attending courses? What courses? Had you benefited from it?

concentration is surely the key, but you know sometimes you over concentrate and nodding for everything (fell asleep) LOL
Yes, me as a staff of semi-government servant surely have attended a lot of courses like this. Some are good and some are otherwise.
I would say courses that related with work should be less and more courses on anger management, stress management and financial management. It's something not as heavy as the one related to work... Come on, we spend 5 days a week or some people 6 days a week working and we should be filled with more tense?
I hope you enjoy your course and learn something new.

Hi, I hope the training course went OK. Oh, yes, I have attended courses. Like the 5 week one on XP Tech Support, where I learned just enough to be dangerous to my computer! (I did learn how to protect against viruses and stuff though!)

I have attended quite a few of courses now. Mainly focuses on ISO Standards. Attended Awareness Seminar. Workshops for some ISO Programs. Internal Auditing Course for three ISO Standards. Planning to take on Six Sigma. But too expensive for me. But hopefully soon, I will.
And surely those seminars benefited me a lot. Especially in doing my work as an ISO Staff..
