On line chatting

On the last post--Let's bin it, Beth posted a comment there. I was wondering what is her life now. On the next day, I saw a message on my messager: Hi, coolingstar9: are you there? I am beth.
Seeing this, I was really excited and I immediately replied: I am fine and you?
beth: I am wonderful, It is hot here but ok, nothing unusual, how is the weather there?
coolingstar9: that's good, cooling weather today. what are you doing now?beth: I am at a friend's house checking my email and blogging.
coolingstar9: ok, can I read and comment you posts?
beth: yes, of course, you are always welcome, This new entry has a lot of " Kriol " in it so it might be hard for you to understand,but you are always welcome.
coolingstar9: thanks, I will do my best to understand it. How is your teaching job?
beth: great, I mean I am not teaching the class that I want, but I am making the most of it.
coolingstar9: I see, I know you are a good teacher.
beth: I hope so, I try to be, this present class is a challenge to me because they are little kids and they are still babyish about following directions.
coolingstar9: Sure, you can do it. Do your student blogging?
beth: My student's? They don't blog but I do.
coolingstar9: long time I never see you on my blog site.
beth: yeah, I have been busy over the summer and I haven't been diligent to blog. sometimes I write on mine but don't comment on others. Oh, we don't have school from June to September.
coolingstar9: Great, you have more time during school holiday. I am thinking to give you an award, can I?
beth: why?
coolingstar9: This is the friendship award given by a blogging friend.
beth: ok, what would I get an award for?
coolingstar9: you can pass it to your blogging friend.
beth: ok, I have you on my blog roll.
coolingstar9: Is it this blog site on your blog roll? I am active on http://coolingstar9.blogspot.com/
beth: yes, that is the one that I have on my blog roll.
beth: how did you come up with the name coolingstar9?
coolingstar9: wow, just want to be cool in all 9 planets.
beth: I see, great.
coolingstar9: Thanks for your comment on my last post. I always welcome you. I have to go out now, take care always.
beth: ok , you take care too.
coolingstar9: bye bye.

This was really an exciting moment for me, the new experience chatting with the blogger. Do you chat on line before?
