Best service

My last post--the difference, talk about the customer service. I am happy that all readers are fully understanding the importance of good customer service.
Best service
It is true that good customer service is the key success in sales. Through observation, we can say that some product/service providers still lacking on that.
I believe they need to enhance their personal skills through training courses. They can earn more for providing excellent service. Some are really crap when it come to customer service and surely will lose more customer. They need to be more concern, sensitive ,tactful, friendly and responsible to the needs of the client. It will surely rocks and more popular .
Those who lack finesse, customers will not visit them again .
Good service providers will definitely get really loyal customers. It is good to satisfy the customer, not just purely concern his pocket.

The difference

My friend Alice needed to see her client on next monday, She intended to trim her long hair.
Yesterday Alice went to hair salon A, Alice talked to the hair designer:" I need to trim my hair to look neat because I need to visit important client." Hair designer A [look serious and no smiling ] said:" Your hair needed to be permed straight, it costs $130." Alice said:' I just want to cut it shorter. Hair designer said:" No, no matter what, your hair must be permed straight, in order for you to look good, there is no other way." After hearing this, Alice felt hurt and said:" Let me consider first. " Alice walked out and went to other hair salon.
Alice went to hair salon B, the smiling hair designer was very friendly and said:' Hi, how can I help you? please take a seat and have a cup of coffee.' Alice told her about the intention. The experienced hair designer said:" to make your hair look neat, there is two solution, cut it shorter or perm , need not perm straight. Alice said:" ok, cut it short."
She look really neat, she spent only $23.
My friends, do you notice any difference in term of their customer service.

Examination

I had just completed and passed the examination-customer service excellence.
The course trainer Mr. Dennis was able to get all of us participated. At the beginning of the course, we needed to introduce ourselves individually to build up the rapport.
We were all enthusiastic in learning, ask many questions during the course. The trainer was very observant and let those weak one to have more role play.
Mr. Dennis gave many examples and scenarios so as to make us fully understand the different concepts.
I also actively participated in discussions and role play. I learnt a lot through all these.
Reaching home, I studied the notes before going to bed. I really concentrated because I wanted to pass the examination.
The oral examination was held on the third day, the examiner Mr. Rosli was very friendly.
He said:" --I know you have already studied and all the answers are already inside your brain. I am very comfortable with you, I hope you also comfortable with me--"
Hearing this, I felt really good and could acting well in the oral examination.
Finally, I passed the examination. I will be awarded the certificate soon.

Treat customers like a diamond

Yesterday, My Hindu workmate Chandren told me that his orders for making Hindu altar are increased this few week. He just delivered a set of altar to the customer the day before and he received extra bonus due to his workmanship and excellent service.
This customer talked to Chandren " Please give me some name card, I would like to introduce your service to my friends, relatives, business partner, I am very satisfied with your altar and service thanks. "
Although Chandren's educational level was not high, but he had a great interest on furniture work since young.
Chandren always treat his customers like diamond, every year during Hindu festival, he invited all of them for the festive dinner so as to build the good relationship.
Now, he using CD to show all his altar design to the prospects. He intends to set up the web site to promote his products.
I believe that his business will be much better from now on.
